1. This refractometer cannot measure thick, pure honey. It is only capable of measuring diluted honey water or other sugary liquids with a sugar content between 0-55%.
2. Measurements beyond this sugar content range or with excessively viscous liquids will not be possible!!
3. Liquids containing alcohol cannot be measured either!!

1.Test water brix is 0.0% before using(±0.2% accuracy),if not ,need zero clearing or calibration.
2.Sample quantity：Over 1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank.
3.Cleaning measuring tank before measuring and calibration.

①Power on

②Add liquid sample.(Add over 1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank.)
③Close the lid
④Press “START”
Error
ERR1: Need re-calibration
ERR2: Over range
ERR3: Sample quantity is not enough
ERR4: Samples wrong, please cleaning sampling tank then retest
